How do I schedule my photography?

Once you check out a member of our List Social team will reach out to you via email to schedule. 

Will I be working with the buyers agent?

That is up to you. Some buyers are represented by real estate agents and by working with them you might have a larger pool of buyers which can result in a bidding war for your home. 

How long does it take for my photos to be shot, edited, and returned to me? 

Once you purchase your package you will receive an email where you can schedule your pictures. Depending on the size of your home it takes 60-90 minutes to shoot indoor photos. Once they are taken it takes no more than 72 hours for you to get your  edited photos. 

When will I get my documents?

After you purchase your package your documents will be available for automatic download and they will also be sent to your email. 

What if I change my mind and need an agent? 

If you decide for sale by owner isn't for you we partner with a local agent that can do everything for you. The price of the package you purchased will also come out of the closing cost! 

What if I have more questions?

We are happy to help! In the event of unforeseen questions or circumstances you will have contact information for a member of our team. 

Can you answer legal questions?

We are not an attorney and you should defer all of your legal questions to one.
